What are the advantages of having a Coast Card?

Apply for a Coast Card and be the first to hear about all of our exiting news. As an exclusive Coast Card member you can take advantage of our Cardholder offers, including special discounts, exclusive invitations and occasionally, we'll even treat you to something special!

As a Coast Cardholder, you'll be able to take advantage of preferential access to our most indulgent competition offers and must-have sale bargains.

The financial benefits of the card are:

- spend over £199 and you will receive 6 months interest free credit

- up to £1000 instant credit

- Typical 28.9% APR Variable for any spend under £199 and for any balances which have not been paid off in full by the end of any applicable interest free credit period.

Who can apply for a Coast Card?

Applicants must be 18 or over and a UK resident.

How can I apply for a Coast Card?

You can apply online by clicking here, or applying in-store at any Coast standalone store. A member of staff will be happy to help. To locate your nearest Coast store, click here.

When can I start using my Coast Card?

It only takes a few minutes to complete the application form in-store or online. If you apply in- store, and your application is accepted, you will be able to take advantage of the benefits of being a Coast Cardholder straight away. You will be issued with a card between 7-10 days. For online applications please allow the same time.

How do I pay my Coast Card?

There are a numbers of ways in which you can pay your Coast Card - by Post, Direct Debit, Standing Order or Telephone Banking. You will receive a statement detailing the purchases you've made with your Coast Card and the current balance. You can either spread the cost of your purchases and repay the minimum payment (which is £3.65 or 3.65% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater) or you can pay any amount up to the full balance.

Am I charged an annual fee?

No, there are no annual charges

How often do I receive my statement?

Statements are issued monthly and you will only receive a statement if you have an outstanding balance or a financial transaction on your card.

Can I view my Coast Card accounts online?

Coast Cardholders currently receive monthly statements through the post which detail any purchases made using your Coast Card. However, there are many exciting developments planned for the Coast website in the near future, which will enable you to view your purchase history, current balance and make payments. Watch this space for more details!

Can I use my Coast Card to pay for Coast goods online?

Yes! And you will be able to take advantage of exclusive discounts, only available to Coast Cardholders.

Can more than one person use a Coast Card?

Only the registered cardholder is allowed to use the Coast Card, no additional cardholders can be added.

What do I do if my Coast Card is lost, stolen or misused?

In the event that your card is lost, stolen or misused, please contact us immediately by calling 0870 066 9361.

What do I do if my address changes?

If you move home please contact us immediately to advise us of your new address on 0870 066 9361. If we are not informed of this you will be liable to repay any reasonable costs we incur to find your new address.

How do I cancel my Coast Card?

Please write to us and inform us that you wish to close your account and pay off the remaining balance (the full balance must be paid off before the account can be closed).
